This alcohol stainless distiller is perfect for my home brewing hobby. The stainless steel construction is safe and easy to clean, and it produces high-quality spirits. The design is user-friendly, even for beginners, and it comes with clear instructions. I've made several batches of whiskey with it, and the results have been excellent. Highly recommend for home brew enthusiasts.

I bought it with a friend to distill palinka (a traditional hungarian fruit liquor). The machine works great. Can be heated on gas stove, also on open fire in an oil heat exchanger bath (we tried both). Easy setup, easy cleaning, great filler in the rectification tower. We made 80 % alcohol palinka from 10 % alcohol fermented base, with the rate around 0,5 liters/h once the distillation stated, the heat up was 1 h for 40 liters of fruit base. Thermometer is accurate, alcoholometer is good as well. We set up a cooling loop in a large bucket with the pump, changing the water to fresh cold one once per hour. Flavor is great. We were very satisfied with it.

Vevor had this arrive to my door in very good time. It was delivered on a Sunday so the free shipping was super expedient. Despite being age 60, I have never work with this kind of equipment before. And despite that, i was able to fully assemble it in perhaps 20 minutes. It was really that easy. Once assembled, i filled it with 2 gallons water and 2 gallons of white vinegar. I allowed about 90 minutes before reaching a boil and let it sit in Self-Cleaning mode for an additional 90 minutes. I will likely repeat that self-cleaning process 2 more time with it's current contents. First time running used about 1 gallon. After the 2nd time self-cleaning i will connect the cooling system for the 3rd time running self-clean. The temperature gauge showed a reading of 100' C for the entire 90 minutes i allowed vapor to escape. When the temperature gauge was fully tightened it was 90' to far, but i had no problem backing it off 1/4 turn. The trickiest part of it all was figuring out main gasket placement. To install it must be Step 1 with Main Lid. Lay the lid down upside down, perhaps on a pillow. Then take the large Hoop Gasket and begin pressing it into the perimeter ring( the 3/4 " x 3/8 " deep x 19") that is on the lid.

I ordered this device and when it arrived, it was damaged in transit. The pot and lid were dented and dented and the lid would didn't stay closed. Severe damage. I complained and asked for a new pot and lid, because the other parts were intact. Vevor delivered a completely new device quickly. Professional operation and customer service! Vevor gets a medal for this! Hallelujah
