Die Destillieranlage verwende ich um Harz vom Lösungsmittel Alkohol zu trennen. Die Anlage ist sehr kompakt gebaut, weil der Kühler oben auf sitzt. Zur Kühlung braucht man entweder kaltes Frischwasser aus der Leitung oder eine starke Pumpe mit einem großen Wassertank. Bei der Menge an Destillat (70l bei mir) ist der Kühler recht klein und muss ständig durchspült werden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Anlage, sie schaut schön aus, ist mit guten Dichtungen ausgestattet, und hat sogar einen Gärspund mit dabei, um die Maische in diesem Gefäß vergären zu lassen und anschließend gleich zu destillieren. Für meine Zwecke wird der Alkohol herausdestilliert, übrig bleibt das Harz, das ich dann dank der glatten Bauweise des Topfes leicht heraus bekomme. Alles in allem ein super Preis, eine schöne Anlage, die leicht zu reinigen ist und gut funktioniert. Bei den Vevor Produkten bin ich bis jetzt immer wegen dem günstigen Preis hängengeblieben und ich bin noch nicht enttäuscht worden. Habe bereits drei Geräte von Vevor.

Après 2 essais, je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Le colis a été expédié très rapidement et sans détérioration du produit. J’ai réalisé une distillation de reste de chèvre de l’année précédente, et un essai de whisky. Le résultat est très satisfaisant, j’arrive à obtenir en 1,5h / un litre à 60%. Awesome delivery time and exellent packaging. Quality product apart from few small remarks. Be careful with pot handles they fall out. Some handle rubber got tier from new.oterwise looks cool.

Great distiller, at a good price! I use it for distilling essential oil and it works beautifully. I use a propane burner to boil the water, and within 10min I get 100C steam going through, and not long after that hydrosol starts to pour out. Make sure you have constantly flowing cold water. The condenser is very efficient.

I had the 30 litre still before this 70 litre one, so knew what to expect. It's basically the same, but with a bigger container. It's nice to have all new bits as after 2 1/2 years some of the tap connectors were getting worn and I was looking for spares. I used a 100 litre barrel of water to feed the pump on the 30 litre still. I needed to up this to 200 litre as it will get hot before the process is finished. Doing my first trial run I was using pans of cold water to keep the condenser cool towards the end. I'll find out if 200 litre is enough on the next batch, The instruction manual lists a few projects. I'm just distilling alcohol from excess wine material. I don't know how it does on those other jobs. If I had to suggest an improvement, the cooling water (hot) pipe goes soft when hot and reduces flow. A spring cil around the pipe of angle piece might support it better, (or else a loop of wire hanging from the ceiling) but these things are manageable. If you use big barrels of water like me, you will need moretubing than in the box, but it's easy enough to buy.
