This augar is great. Unfortunately, the instructions are opposite. What is stated to go forward is actually reverse. The instructions for reverse is actually forward. Other than this small typo, the machine works great!!!!!!

Well worth it. I was renting one as I needed and thought why not just buy one. I’m happy I did. This thing is a beast

Works well. Good product. Good price. As described

Putting the components together was a bit of a challenge as the manual was a bit of a mess. Many sentences throughout the manual were cut off half way through the sentence leaving us wondering what information we were missing. Terms were used which didn't seem like the correct term to be using. We sought out a video for how to put the unit together and all we found was a 28 second video which left out most of the details. A couple of mistakes were made putting the unit together which had to be corrected later. Details and insights on how to use and how to interpret and learn from the process of using the machine were lacking. There was a fair amount of trial and error and wasted time. I spent many hours on a single job but I did manage to complete the job. There were times when a separate camera/scope unit would have been helpful having during the process to check out potential blockages and to possibly retrieve a broken bit that fell off the cable. Cable jams occurred which might have been avoided with guidance that should be included in the manual and a video (with how to prevent and how to resolve information). With an improved manual and comprehensive video, the experience of using the Vevor drain cleaner machine would have been significantly improved. The more I used the machine and learned the ins and outs...the more effective the machine became.
