I don’t received full pocket figment missed around part with teeth’s how can I have?

Buyers Beware! When i ordered this machine on the online site I thought I was ordering what was pictured beside the description and price. I received a completely different one. I contacted the company in which you absolutely can not speak to an actual person and was given the run around which I finally got tired of and gave up. So I am stuck with something I didn’t order. I run a business and any reputable business person knows that is not the way to do business. I guess it’s Vevors strategy. Bait and switch and stick you with it. Apparently they are big enough to operate this way. I won’t purchase from Vevor again.

I would love to be able to give an appropriate review but the wheels and the axle don't match, been waiting for a remedy but nothing yet

I have ordered 2 of these and my issue with both is rotation the cable has come unscrewed from the drum on both causing me issues. Other than that works great

I have not used it yet but I will comment when I do

Personalmente considero que el producto que compré funcionó para lo que lo tenía que utilizar. Quisiera hacer solo unas observaciones. 1.- no vino completo ya que faltó el dispositivo o seguro que une las herramientas especiales al gancho de la culebra. 2.- no encontré vídeos en redes sociales directo de ustedes sobre el uso del equipo, sería muy bueno tener acceso a eso videos para facilitar la comprensión del uso. 3.- Durante la retracción del cable note que no se enrollaba adecuadamente al tambor, lo que ocasionaba que se acumulara tensión en el cable. Agradezco su atención.

Cable broke in 10 uses. Not happy.

I bought this machine to help with my projects. But it turned out to be a project of its own. After removing it from the box and starting to assemble it, the shaft for the wheels was to short and the OD was too big for the wheels. This machine weighs almost 50lb. I couldn't see myself carrying it everywhere i needed it.

Snelle levering! handleiding van toestel is in het engels en naar mijn mening niet duidelijk genoeg. (onvolledigg) bv over de hendel vooruit of achteruit. is er geen geen neutraal? kan je de kabel (veer) vrij uittrekken zonder de motor zoals bij andere toestellen? Hoe gebruik je de regeling op de spanningsveer? toestel chatsessies mogelijk en correct...
