After persisting with a cheap slicer I took the plunge and bought this quality unit. I wish I had done it sooner! Great features and value for money. I use it to click my home made charcuterie such as salami and bacon. Love the ability to slice meats super thin- essential for proscuitto so it melts in your mouth.

Tout d'abord livraison très rapide sans supplément (gratuite pour ce moi-ci).J'hésitais sur l'achat de la trancheuse avec d'autre marques plus connue dans ce domaine mais plus chères et moins puissantes (200w contre120/140w pour les autres). Elle fait très bien le job (quart de sérano très sec) ,très robuste et stable, pas plus difficile à nettoyer qu'une trancheuse professionnelle (je suis cuisinier de métier). Donc très content sur tout les plan de mon achat et site très réactif,merci JE RECOMMANDE !

Use it for occasional cold cut slicing and cutting raw meat to a consistent thickness for jerky. It is heavy and stable and cuts nicely. Cleaning requires removing the blade by removing 3 bolts with a 4mm Allan wrench. Had to figure that out myself

The unit was shipped quite quickly. Set up was super easy. And it worked flawlessly, every slice was perfect. No meat dangles like home units so I don't have to do the quarter turns anymore. Great solid unit. Another thumbs up for Vevor.

Very happy with my purchase, slicer is easy to clean and slices perfect thin slices of meat.

We bought this on October 4th, we are a small business that makes bacon the old fashioned method and use this slicer for slicing the bacon. I love this slicer however there was a piece missing from the box called the plastic baffle which is not a problem I still use the slicer. I reported it to the company and they triytheir best to get that piece to me.
