Right out of the box, the cutter worked fine. I immediately cut about 8 pieces of 5/8" rebar and the machine cut it like butter. We have a big job coming up so we will see how it holds up.

Cuts 15mm rebar no problem, only complaint is the chord coming from bottom. Doesn't allow it to sit on flat surface well

This was a great tool. Used to cut rebar with cut off wheels this is by far the fastest and most efficient way of doing it. The tool was great only complaint was it would randomly trip a breaker when running it.

Great little machine cuts rebar with ease. Piston gets stuck sometimes but need to lubricate often. Definitely worth buying.

This cutter has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have already made hundreds of cuts on 1/2" rebar and not a problem. No dust or sparks from abrasive wheels. The tool is heavy due to the solid construction of the shear component, but we have overcome this by simply changing our work process slightly. For sure the quickest and easiest way I have found yet to cut rebar.

Rebar cutter has been in use for about 2 weeks, with very heavy use. Job reporting that it has been performing very well and has had no problems with up to 3/4" rebar. We don't have any 1" on this site to try it on. The job is very happy with its substantial construction, ease of use, and consistent performance. It is very important to properly read & implement the OMM instructions for safe and consistent cuts. It cuts quick and accurately and is light enough to move around the jobsite.
