Love the slicer! Is recommend getting a steamer for easier cleaning but other than that we are completely satisfied

The machine is very heavy and professional. But I am very confused, how can I clean its Engine oil before using it for the first time?

Machine is super heavy duty! Machined stainless steel parts. Cuts like a dream! Only criticism is that the flip down plexiglass sheild is not removable. If it was, it would be so much easier to clean.

I really like the quality of this machine. It is solidly built, and is a good size for cutting large chunks of meat into thin 1.2mm slices. The blades are extremely sharp, and cut meat in a completely thawed state with no effort whatsoever. It disassembles quickly, and the stainless steel parts can easily be submerged in hot soapy water for cleanup. I only have a few concerns: How will I sharpen the blades when the time comes? How can I safely clean down around the shaft, in between the round blades?

Very powerful machine for cutting meat. Easy to clean, too. DL Eats Restaurant uses the machine to cut meat for making traditional Shao Zi. This machine saves 80% cutting hours. It would be more attractive if we can adjust the width of the slices.
