Right out of the box the blades wouldn’t turn. Customer service is a series of emails back and forth with suggestions to me on how I could fix it. Did a charge back on my credit card and only then did I get a prepaid return label. And this thing is heavy (50lbs) so shipping would have been a lot. QC seems lacking and I’m disappointed in the whole purchase experience as I love to make jerky and though this would improve that process. At the end of the day, I have my money, don’t have a heavy appliance taking up space and am a little wiser knowing now what a piece of crap this machine is.

The machine don’t work good for pork. All meat task and you need to stop and clean every time , it take me like an hour to cut 10 lb pork. I bought for a friend other model and it’s works amazing .

Does not work as advertised

I do not recommend this machine because it doesn’t work with any boneless red meat. I’m trying to return it with the video showing it doesn’t work but the company is giving me hard time Build solid but it doesn’t do the jock what it described.

It didn’t work at all. Meat gets stuck between the blades and won’t go forward. I literally.trash it!

It’s ok for the price can’t really complain much but is definitely not very functional is so hard to clean you have to do small pieces of meat at the times

The product was damaged before it was 30 days of use, the part was sent to me to repair it and I have been waiting for the part to be shipped for three weeks, I have not been able to use the machine.
