This has been the best purchase for our company. More ice than we could ever use. The ice maker fills up very quickly and the bin keeps the ice frozen in the Florida heat. 10/10 recommend.

The storage bin is large enough for what we needed. I am not real happy with the door on the bin, the gasket that goes around the entire area of the door is still this keeps the door from shutting on the bottom. It leaves a gap around 3mm from closing, therefore preventing a good seal and keeping the cold inside. I am propping a heavy chair against the door to keep it sealed. Hopefully the gasket will become pressed over time so this issue is resolved. If not I will need to come up with another way to keep the door closed.

Vevor instructed to me to purchase this storage bin when I purchased my LRM360 ice machine. They assured me three times that it would be compatable with my ice machine head. Alas, it was not compatible and they refused to give a full refund on it or provide a solution.
Buyer beware that Vevor support is extremely unreliable and they send a slew of AI responses without seemingly even reading what you are saying

Bad design all the ice falls out, the height of the opening/door doesn’t sustain the ice inside and it won’t let it get fill to it’s capacity because as it fills the weight of the ice opens the door and ice falls to the ground

Bin is nice holds ice, but the front wall is too low. When you open door to get ice a bunch of it falls out on the floor, no way to stop it. Would not buy it again.

Disapointed Service after purchase s lousy.
Service is lousy. Communications are very poor, autobot messages. Live chat is only form of contact. My support ticket was closed with no resolution. Vevor is "click-bait" beware.

About the wrong thing. Brought it to the lake house opened it up and this the storage bin was wanting a icemaker. Bought it over the winter brought it to my lake house opened it up and it’s the wrong thing. How do I go about sending it back or getting a credit? Just ordered the icemaker that I wanted. Is there anyway you can help? Thanks.
