Bought it not even a month ago. Couldn't install it because some hardware is defective and now it's already rusting !! I haven't even put it yet on my car ! Support doesn't answer. KEEP OUT

Very disappointed with the quality. The roof rack arrived scratched, with poorly aligned welds, and the extension joints have excessive play. The most concerning issue is that the rack bends noticeably with only about 5 kg of weight, which makes me seriously question its structural stability and safety. Unfortunately, the product I received does not match the quality or durability I expected from VEVOR.

The installation was more difficult than needed as the product was damaged alteady at arrival, the parts of the frame where the thinner parts are supposed to slide in were deformed so assembly required fixing the product. Also, the screws provided to lock the joints with are of very poor quality, so some of the threads stripped even though care was observed . After one week of use this thing started leaking rusty water all over the car roof and anything near it, leaving stains that are difficult to remove. There were no plugs provided, as I believe is the case with never versions, so there is nothing to stop the ingress of water. To be able to use this again I will have to take it apart, rinse out all rust and water, seal the inside with some sort of rust inhibitor, make sure it dries, and then plug every hole and seal every joint, the provided plastic sleeves are not enough. The bag, cargo net and other accessories are fine and working as expected.

Ich konnte diesen Dachgepäckträger leider nicht benutzen, da er nicht mit den Seitenstreben kompatibel war, die ich ebenfalls von VEVOR gekauft hatte. Sehr schade, denn die Handhabung und die Montage an sich waren wirklich sehr leicht erklärt und unkompliziert. ​Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Support-Team. Ich habe Kontakt aufgenommen und wir sind sehr schnell zu einer passenden Lösung gekommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Hilfe!

Rapporto qualità prezzo su alcune cose vevor è consigliabile ma come in questo articolo la verniciatura è molto scadente. In alcuni punti si era già sfogliata la vernice e in altri si intravedeva il fondo, ho dovuto ritoccare con bomboletta. La verniciatura a polvere è un altra cosa, questa non è un lavoro da professionista, e da un azienda come vevor non è accettabile. Apparte questo il resto è ottimo, la borsa resistente, con il kit rete,cinghie, ecc un buon acquisto

One time use and all the welded spots are rusting.

The basket itself is good. It snaps together easily and is sturdy. My issue was with the hardware to attach it to my roof rack. The mounting hardware is not as universal as it claims. My roof rack has aero bars. The hardware by itself was not adequate to effectively secure it. I had to go to a hardware store and buy washers and nuts to make it work. The the nuts with the spindles they included broke. The plastic spindles came off all of them. Additionally, I had to bend the metal plates so the bolt fittings could reach the plates. I also added rubber strips where the large plastic pieces make contact with the rack to keep in from moving around. None of this was self-evident out of the box. It wasn't until after all of the spindles broke off the bolts during the installation that I realized the mounting hardware wasn't going to work. Otherwise, I would have returned it, but once I modified to make it work, I wasn't able to. If I'd known any of this, I wouldn't have bought it.

The product was as described and well built. It fitted together easily and mounted on my racks easily. BUT the measurements are for the base of the rack. The length of the top is shorter due to the sloping front. What I had planned to carry in it did not fit!!!!!
