Desidero segnalare un episodio spiacevole legato alla consegna del mio pacco. Il corriere si è mostrato maleducato e poco professionale, lamentandosi ripetutamente per il peso del pacco e riferendo di avere mal di schiena. Capisco che il lavoro sia faticoso, ma come lavoratore anch’io affronto ogni giorno le mie responsabilità senza lamentarmi. Se un corriere ha problemi fisici tali da non poter svolgere il proprio compito, dovrebbe valutare un congedo per malattia o un’occupazione più adatta alle sue condizioni. Il comportamento mostrato mina la fiducia che i clienti ripongono sia nell’azienda di spedizione sia nei venditori: esperienze così rischiano di scoraggiare futuri acquisti. Mi auguro che questa segnalazione venga presa in considerazione per migliorare il servizio e garantire rispetto verso i clienti.

Easy to put together. Very robust construction. Very easy to manouvre my boat on a trailer on flat ground. On a slight incline a bit harder to push but I would expect that.

Le produit fait son travail

This is solid and well made. Two minor points prevented a 5 star rating. First, it was supposed to be dual height adjustable, but holes were drilled for only the lower height. That was easily solved by drilling 2 holes myself, with a bonus that I was able to locate them at the default height of my hitch. The second point may not affect most users, but it is a concern for me. This device assumes the trailer will be resting on its jack stand before pick up, and that stand will never be more than a few inches off the ground. But I use a (https://jack-e-up.com/) jack attachment, which depends on tongue weight to keep it in place. In my case, once the dolly takes the full tongue weight, the jack is released and may not remain in a position to support weight. This makes it a bit scary to keep the tongue weight centered over the wheels. If I let the weight shift towards the handle, the foot on the dolly will support it. But in the other direction, if I let the unbalance become larger than I can restrain, the trailer nose will fall all the way to the ground. Another safety foot on that side would prevent that problem (a problem caused only by the attachment I am using)

È arrivato nel tempo assegnato una ruota non utilizzabile per la camera d'aria bucata non regge l'aria. Pertanto devo provvedere alla sostituzione. Il perno reggi carrello non è registrabile in altezza in quanto ha solo unf oro. Il resto tutto bene

This works well but needs a quicker way to switch height and ball sizes. The ball needs to screw all the way down. And i also tried to use it on a pintle and it goes all the way through. The hight adjustment is just terrible. You need to flip it over and screw the ball in thr opposite side. Only 2 positions. It should have a way to let the pin go through and a wider plate at the top to hold a pintle

I didn't give it 5 stars because it does perform the task it says it does. But it didn't do well for what i purchased it for. I had a 3500 pound trailer on it and on gravel and 3 of us really struggled pushing it. the triangular base would go up on 2 wheels and then need to be pushed flat before we could try moving the trailer again. On pavement its probably a breeze.

Works as intended. One mounting hole not aligned, had to drill out myself, ergo -1 star

Good and ez to use

I bought this to use on a weird project and the idea is great. The dolly is well made but the one I received is not adjustable. I was assuming that it would have a couple of additional settings so I can use it for multiple purposes but it is not a terribly important detail.
