Look very robust. Only time will tell. As far as my first impression, it's very well built! Design looks well thought of. Great product!

The product was shipped as advertised. However, this unit did not come with the hanging brackets as other Vevor retractable extension chords come with the hanging brackets. This wlone was very difficult to hang on the ceiling or the wall due to it not having brackets.

Like the cord reel. Like the choice of colors and features. I chose the 15A, 12 gauge 45 ft. ALso like the light on the reel and the end of the power cord to tell when has power, and the reset. Mounting bracket is pretty good, allows for a lot of different mounting scenarios....mine is on the ceiling. The one thing that I don't like is there seems to be more cord than the reel housing gracefully accepts. About half the time, the cord won't reel up all the way, and I have to pull it out about 15 feet and try to get the wire to wind up inside evenly. About a quarter of the time, it takes multiple, many attempts to get it all go in. Seems the cord should be a 35 or 40' cord for this housing, or the housing should be 10% bigger.

Would not work at all when plugged in and no lights. Had to disassemble the cover and discovered a wire connector off the neutral terminal. All good after sliding on.

good quality. I would like the plug in part to be adjustable or just a little longer. My receptable is a little farther than the length of cord., so I removed it and made an extension.

Great for the price only thing I didn't like is you have to unplug it to shut the light in the plug off

So far so good. Use product most days in my shop and seems to be holding up good. Cord stops and retracts as it should.
