Never received…support never answers

I love the idea! I bought one at a price that I feel is very fair. I unpacked and assembled then tried to start it and nothing. I have tried to get tech. help from Vevor but nothing. After over three weeks I still have not gotten it to run and can't even return it. I would love to try another one but no response.

Compré este producto por 70 € en Black Friday, con entrega garantizada el 1 de diciembre. El pedido se perdió, esperé más de 17 días y finalmente me hicieron un reembolso sin ofrecer una solución equivalente. Perdí la oferta y ahora el mismo producto cuesta 110 €. La atención al cliente fue lenta y contradictoria. Su política hace que el incumplimiento lo pague el cliente. No volvería a comprar.

Everything i ordered from here is falling apart within a few weeks. Customer support is the worst experience. Avoid these clowns.

Won't even start up junk

Well my first one quit and I wanted a little bit bigger one anyway got this one hooked it up turned it on it'll talk to you will not light up will not fire up All it'll say is failed start up 10 times

Crap from new , pump runs very erratic and constantly gives E 5 code Ive tried every scenario to be tried to remedy this. No phone help only e-mail. If from big box store I would return it but I'm probably stuck with $110.00 boat anchor.

Not at all impressed. Features are great and price great but ran less that 2 gallons of fuel through it and now its throwing error codes E08. Battling with vevor now for 5 days and to no avail. Unit is less than a month old amd cant even get support or a return or a response back from them. Very frustrating as I've bought many things on vevor and never been dissatisfied. Customer support is a joke. I do believe this unit may have been flawed and just an issue with it as these seem to work well for people but the lack of cooperation from support is very sad.

It doesn’t work

It will not power up. Nothing, checked power source, fuse, connection. Nothing on screen followed instructions. Im going to see how to get a replacement.
