In order for it to work, you have to tap the pump with a wrench and when I asked for a replacement pump, they want me to jump through a bunch of hoops. I’m just going to return it.

Had to buy propane buddy heater for 15x15 garage it works but nowhere near the heat output i expected

I have Two heaters a thin tall and short thick one and the thin tall one heats much better. This one I would not buy again being it doesn't heat as good as the thin tall one and both are 8KW heaters. Not a Happy buyer

Blew fuses right from the box and had to order parts still waiting on parts not tge best

I was very disappointed by this heater. It worked perfectly for 1 use overnight. The next day it shut down after 10 minutes with an over temp warning. I contacted vevor support with the E-05 code and a detailed description of what happened. I then had to go out in the cold and take a video for them so I could prove it did what I said. I could understand if I wanted a refund but I just wanted a replacement. After watching the video they determined it was the temperature sensor. They are sending a replacement sensor which will take possibly 2-3 weeks to arrive possibly longer due to its around Christmas. Then I have to disassemble the heater and replace the sensor. In my opinion I shouldn't have to replace the sensor. I was sold a product that failed after 8 hours of use. I should have been offer a replacement unit. Not just the part that I now have to replace myself. I will be sticking to other brands from here out. Even if they are a bit more expensive.

Not impressed, the design of air tube and exhaust are poor need to separate

Worked with it for about 2 hours and it will not heat went through all the steps but looks like I have a defective unit.
