Unreliable , not very good heat , technology over done ,won't start unless you spend 20 minutes and fiddle with it VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️😔

Had to get a handy friend to help me install this. It is NOT quick, easy, or convenient. I cannot recommend enough that you buy from someone else and do not purchase Vevor heaters. How the hell is this company suggesting to use a wire hanger to install the fuel port in the side of the fuel tank? It has to be pushed through from the inside out and you recommend a hanger?? Why as soon as I touched the bare wires to the recommend 12v battery the fuse broke instantly? Why does vevor not allow for returns/exchanges and why in gods name is this SO DIFFICULT to install and setup? Whoever designed this needs to be fired for lying on their resume, they are NOT an engineer, they are a CRACKHEAD

I ordered a second heater for my tiny home after fully seating up the machine it won’t power on I contacted customer support and have been getting the run around on a replacement heater

Five hours trying every troubleshooting advice in existence, a run to the store for diesel and fuel, a 12v adapter, and this poorly made "heater" does not work.

Unit failed after three weeks of operation with an E-03 code. I was camping with the family in freezing temperatures in the Ozark mountains. Had to drive to the nearest town and purchase a Mr Heater and propane. First contact with “chat” was frustrating and never responded to. Second “chat” four days later, I was told again 1-2 days for the ticket to be responded to. Then disconnected. Third “chat” took 30 minutes and after my request for a supervisor there was no response other than “wait for 1-2 days”. The response finally came two days later. We will send a part, since there is no warehouse near you it will take 10-15 days. Yet when I purchased the unit I had it in two days. Other minor issues: The App no longer connects with the unit and I have tried to delete the App and disconnecting power and rebooting the unit. The clock on the display gains two minutes a day and you can’t turn off the display. The display is mounted next to the door of my Sprinter and it’s just one of those annoying things that bug you every time you see it. I went online to see what code E-03 is and now see that the glow plugs fail consistently. Had I known that I would have purchased a spare. But now I can Wait 10-15 Days for a replacement from VEVOR! The failure of the unit and lack/frustrating response from VEVOR makes this probably my last purchase from VEVOR.

I will never purchase another thing from Vevor. They have systematic problems. I recently moved not close states away. I was going to order another item weeks before this and changed my address in the account page. I changed my mind on this item. Weeks later I ordered this 8kw heater. Then I completed my checkout got to shipping info and found that I old address showed up. I left the checkout went back to the account changed my address again. Went back completed purchase my current address showing in shipping. Get an email that my item has shipped with the wrong address I immediately contact vevor where they tell me nothing they can do. Spent weeks getting used time wasted and being blamed for their shifty system and a massive lack of customer service. I will not be buying from them ever again! I don't think anyone should if they keep your money for crap they ship yo other people. Vevor has low quality stuff that always has an issue. Now they are willing to straight up steel from you!

Never received the product from Vevor. Will not waste time find products from this company again.

Junk!! Out of the box Junk! Customer Service replaced motherboard did not fix heater. I requested a refund did not happen.
