This is not necessarily a bad review of the heater itself, but the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered this heated in Feb and received it around the end of the month. I got it set up and upon the first start up the heater display showed and error code E4, fuel pump issue. As a friend of mine had the same heater, we switched fuel pumps and mine worked fine from there. From that day I have received over 35 emails (no calls cause apparently this company doesn’t believe in customer service) and still over 2 months later I have still not received my replacement fuel pump. The thing costs $20, you’d think the service would be better. Like I said, the heater itself seems to be working fine, but how do I know? I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a $20 fuel pump. First one smoked a lot and didnt produce any heat. Got a new one and same problem. Then they gave me my money back and still have no heat in my garage.. dont buy this since its a lottery to get a working one.

I had two units in total the first quit working after a month, they reimbursed my for it and I ordered a new one that was throwing code the moment I hooked it up and never worked. Absolutely DO NOT recomend

Je ne l'es jamais reçu. On ma remboursé avec des crédits (quelque chose comme ça) avec tant de temps pour les utiliser sur l'application . Donc bien évidemment que le moment où j'ai réalisé ça ba c'était trop tard.

När jag beställde så skrev dom fel postnummer så paketet hamnade 1300 kilometer ifrån mig. Jag var tvungen att vänta på att paketet gick i retur innan jag fick tillbaks pengarna. Får väl prova att beställa en ny igen...
