The first one that arrived didn't work, wouldn't power up. It was a project to finally get a replacement. It took 2 weeks...finally. The 2nd one worked perfectly and performed better than expected. The reason it's not a 5 star is the aggravation factor of dealing with an email return, very poor process. Finally, the live chat worked, no customer service phone #.

Priming takes a while - by taking the cover off, you can watch the fuel travel from the reservoir to the burner thru the clear hose. Once it reaches the burner, it works well.
With the Exhaust Port on the Bottom, you have to raise the unit up to attach the exhaust hose, making it less stable. The flexible ducting for the heat is short and cheaply made.. It is really thin material and not really made to expand/open up. If you do so, the material falls apart quickly.

Ran great gor a month, and then of course after the 30 days it started giving me an E10 error and won't start! I'm devastated because it's 20° outside right now. And I feel like I wasted my money now. It worked fine for the first couple days.

5th one purchased, good for about a year and fuel pumps go out. Makes more sense to just replace it when the fuel pump goes out as it's almost 1/2 the total price of just buying another unit
