Great for barn bathroom
Installed in my barn bathroom. Works perfect for cleaning hands on a cold day or anything else. As expected, if you run the hot water not a full speed, it gets hot, just like all the others. This was easy to install. Wish there was a little more space to hook up the wiring to the unit. Tight fit with 10 AWG wire.

Replaced my water heater in my cabin with this. Now when I arrive at the cabin I have hot water with out leaving the old hot water heater on and using electricity while I am not there or waiting two hours for it to heat up.

Installation was pretty easy. Anyone with a little plumbing skills can set it up. I did the electrical myself but would recommend an electrician. Hot water on demand is great. My family loves it. Highly recommend.

Water heater works as advertised. Vevor products that I have purchased in the past have never failed to prove that they are quality products as is this one.

Should have first done my homework
DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Vevor has great stuff, but you can get yourself into trouble with some things -- as I did with this water heater. Before ordering one make sure you have a circuit that can handle the load. This water heater requires a 40 amp 240v line. My highest is a 30 amp, so I need to add a circuit. Doing the job myself would cost $150 - $250 (50 feet of 8/3 Romex wire runs about $200, plus a tied circuit breaker), or add the cost of having an electrician do the job. Make sure your Breaker Box has a main line cut off. Do not mess with wires unless electricity is off. My box, being an old box (50 years), has no Main switch; power would have to be cut off at the meter -- something only the utility company may do. But the power would not be restored without a code-compliant Breaker Box (re: the mainline cutoff) -- I can only imagine how many thousands of dollars it would cost to have an electrician replace the system, because I sure ain't doing that work myself. So. Now I have a water heater I really want but cannot use it. Maybe I can recoup some money selling it online. Again, Vevor is great (hence the 5 stars). This screw-up is certainly on me!
