No one else has posted this so I’m going to save everyone some heartache and let you know this unit will not work properly and do the simple task it claims to do UNLESS AND THIS IS A BIG ONE!!!!…You need to turn the temperature down on the unit to the Temperature you ACTUALLY want like. Between 105-115 degrees not 130-140 like a regular water heater would be set at. The reason for this is the unit is not able to keep up at 130-140 degrees while at the faucet or shower you mix cold water in to compensate. These tankless water heaters are not the “smart” kind like the high end rinnai’s or similar so you have to be smart for it! JUST TURN THE TEMPERATURE DOWN AND IT WILL WORK AMAZING!! Why this is never mentioned in troubleshooting or anywhere I could find online I have no idea but you are welcome, enjoy your hot water!

Took out a propane water heater and replaced it with a 27kw unit for my 2600sq ft 3bed 2 bath house. Install was very simple, I used pex so a quick plumb in. The unit is super lightweight and not very bulky so mounting it up was very easy. I like the wiring strategy, you add additional breakers for larger units and just run additional wires for more capacity instead of one huge cable. I was able to track down the appropriate 8awg cable and had space for 3 40amp breakers in my box so wiring was a simple setup. I put a junction before the unit with 3 smart breakers so I can monitor power usage, it looks like not all circuits are used all of the time which is interesting like it smartly ramps up based on usage. I’m sure this is more energy efficient than keeping a water tank hot but I’ll be monitoring the usage and calculating costs to see if I made the right choice efficiency-wise. Ease of install, and functionality no brainer it’s amazing!

I just got the unit today, it was packed and shipped well, and it arrived undamaged. I installed the unit in about 2-3 hours, since I had to go to the hardware store and purchase a couple additional parts, that was needed to adjust the cooper lines which went to the previous unit. This unit was easy to install and set the temperature. I set the temperature to 120° as seen in image. At this time I've rated this unit a five star but if it has any faults I will update my rating.

Easy install. Plenty of hot water for shower using a low flow shower head. Cabin has grid power.

This unit is exactly what we needed for the bathroom and shower that’s in our garage. Works great and looks good too!

These are great. Better than the name brands. Less problems easier hookup. Last longer. Waiting on numerous more to be delivered. Replacing out the Foggati brands which are much more expensive and not near the dependability. Besides vevor has much better customer service.

Great for the money. But, check size of Kw before purchasing to make sure it works in your house. I bought one that was too big but going to downgrade to the smaller one

Would highly recommend this product!! It has been better than the one I have in my home. This has been a great addition to our cabin!!
