DO NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT BUY Worked fine for 3 days. It stopped heating water, customer service put me through loops for weeks even having me disconnect water and run it into a bucket. All these test and waiting on slow replies they offered me $72. I paid well over $200 for their product that only work for 3 days. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS VEVOR WATER HEATER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was easy to install no problem there. But when I went to use it there was no hot water. I played around with it and figured it out that if I turn it higher than a small amount of water coming out into the bathtub it would run cold real fast. I could not turn any pressure up on it. I have high water pressure in my house. But the only thing I hooked it to was my wife’s garden tub. No one else ever uses this tub but her. As long as you run it at a small drizzle not enough to even wash your hair with. It hot real hot but as soon as I open the full facet up on full pressure it goes completely cold never warms back up at all not even a small amount. Don’t buy this heater if you want high pressure hot water it doesn’t work. I’m going to try to upgrade to the next size up hopefully that will fix the problem. I will try to sell this one to someone that doesn’t need a lot of hot water fast. If you live in a house with a big tub or high water pressure don’t waste your time. Kit is well made and easy to install.

I’ve had a problem and I’ve submitted it three times technical support and no one ever responds. Customer service is horrible.

Web scam. I was searching for propane heaters and somebody threw this electric BS in there. So I’m stuck with an Electric hot water heater. Just recently made couple other orders with fever and I’m unable to track the orders. I Will not be ordering anything directly from next time you’ll save a lot more money

Product didn't work at all. We purchased while on sale , we didn't need the product til now due to construction of house. We finally needed to install the product, unpackaged it last week hooked up properly and nothing ! It's not worth the packaging it was shipped in.

Total waste of money. Only heats up to 77-79 degrees. Still waiting on Vevor to make it right.

Thai unit is way too small to do any good. I have a 120V Instahot at my kitchen sink that gives me more hotter water than this unit. Hand washing dishes was a joke. The water flow had to be very slow in order for the water to be hot enough to wash dishes. Turn the water up and it's cold. This is not a suitable replacement for a hot water tank. Taking a shower was impossible for the same reason. I had to buy a larger unit to get the hot water I needed. Waste of money and time.

DO NOT buy these units. They are non-compliant with Canadian standards and an qualified electrician can not legally install them. The website falsely states that they are ETL certified, when they are not. My electrician and electrical inspector have both stated that they have found this issue numerous times. If you install them,your insurance is VOID. I am currently battling with Vevor to get a refund, but they are stalling and making excuses. This matter has been taken to the Better Business Bureau and it will be taken further as necessary. I will NOT be making more purchases though Vevor. Absolutely disgusted with their excuses and a pitiful offer of less than 10% compensation, rather than complete refund.
