Easy install just need to install a back flow seems like if the well is running outside it pushes hot water in the wrong direction. Installing a check valve and I’m sure it fixies the issue. Otherwise it’s what it says it is.

Je l’utilise dans mon garage, coté espace, c’est parfait mais la performance laisse à désirer en raison des températures froide. La conduite d’eau est sous terre et l’appareil n’est pas assez puissant pour monter la température au dessus de 107f même si l’appareil est set pour 125f. Un produit merveilleux par sa grosseur mais pas suffisant pour une utilisation au Qc.

Exepional value. High quality EXCEPT Under-rated thermal cuttoffs (25A@250V) trip occationally, and will fail prematurely. A pause in water flow causes temp to return to 30C, before reheating. Annoying and wastefull. If your source water is below 10C , output flow at 60C will be limited, and the larger unit shoul be considered. Ecellant low cost choice.

It is relatively easy to install only issue was we had 3 wires from 40A breaker since ground is generally routed but it doesn’t need and was not clear, this caused no space in wire pocket of heater and we had to remove and seal that ground. Being that said it’s good value for money rest installation was easy and we have been using it for a month now
