Didn't work out of the box. I am trying to return it and so far it has been unsuccessful.

First order from Vevor. The shipping was super fast and impressive, well packaged and I thought I would definitely order from Vevor again. However, this heater itself is really disappointing. Its super bright , actually makes a nice light fixture, but the heat is very subtle. I'm surprised it pulls 1500W actually. I contacted Vevor about the problem and "Support" spent almost 1 month to finally tell me to destroy the heater and send them pictures so they can refund me or send a new one. I'm not going to do that because I don't trust that that's going to happen. Using the "heater as a lamp in my shed now... And I'll be done with Vevor after 1 order.

It stops working and I have to unplug and replug every 30 minute

The hanging lamp is well built and it would work great in a small enclosed area. I have a 2 car garage with 11 foot ceilings and you need to be very close to the lamp to feel the heat. I guess it would work better if your 2 car garage doesn’t get below 50 degrees.

It works but if you leave it on for 30 minutes it starts to smell like burning plastic

To be an outside heater it is just ok. Have to put it very close to be able to feel it.

De afstandsbediening van de heater werkt niet. Via de service mail geprobeerd dit op te lossen. Gaat zeer moeizaam moet foto's en of filmpje uploaden. Het probleem lijkt mij duidelijk het werkt gewoon niet. Het is verschrikkelijk dat je niet gewoon contract kunt hebben met de leverancier. Lekker gewoon een telefoontje ofzo. Dit gaat zo niet werken. Al met al zeer teleurstellend.

Literally bought 2 A week after Christmas one stopped working completely.. and when I tried to return it and upload the video it would not upload . I tried for 3 days and gave up .
