Great deal, seemed like a great little pump and was working well but about 5-6 weeks into using it, it stopped working completely. I’ve contacted customer service and they basically told me to take it apart and see what was wrong with it. It says There’s a 12 month warranty but as of now they haven’t offered any help other than to tell me what to look for (sort of) when I look into it.

Ou est mon credit de 40%. Pour pas retourné le pompe je suis déçu du produit pas qué suis pas capable de la retourné pis je parle avec le service du le clientèle et mon dit que si je le prendre je vais recevoir 40 % du pris du la pompe et je pas reçue rien encore.

Product never came. Got the run around and put off for weeks by their customer service. Said it could take weeks to get a return of my money. Cut me off and refused to speak to me to solve it. Had to get my credit card company to get my money returned. They wouldn’t release it. Never got the pump. Took weeks to get my money back. Terrible company. Terrible service.

Bought it as a spare will be some time before I install it

Received the pump quickly, hook up was a breeze after running only an hour noticed the concrete under the pump was wet. Checked and tightened the bolts connecting the motor housing to PVC filter housing which were all fairly loose. That did not resolve the issue. Disconnected the pump, took motor housing off to check o rings, all was intact but still put a new o ring in - closed it back up and reconnected. Still leaked so contacted VEVOR. Their suggestion was for me to try to repair, which I had already done. I again asked for a replacement. They offered 2 options 1: they would refund 1/2 my purchase price and I could keep the leaky one OR 2: I could return the leaky pump and once they received it and checked it they would send a replacement. Neither are acceptable. I want a full refund and a NON VEVOR pump! Very crappy customer service. Can’t speak with a human. All communication is via email

Hello. I purchased this pump from you in August 2025, only just over 6 months ago and it has stopped working. It appears to have seized and the motor won't turn. There is nothing blocking it it just won't turn and trips the breaker out. Would you kindly arrange for a replacement as our pool is turning green. Yours faithfully Roger Ballantine

Pump works just ok..plugs easily.. and flow is NOT what is claimed..I work on many pools and its ok for a cheaper lower flow pump...

Hayward pump which we had used for 10 yrs stopped working in May. It was my fault to buy this one because of low price. ~~ It stopped working after a week. The heat from the motor was a little bit too much.(The surface of Hayward was always pretty normal) I had to buy a Hayward hastily on Amazon because the swimming season has arrived. I should buy Hayward at first. It is a good exprience. I payed over for my a pump(Hayward and Vevor pump)
