I hooked up the pump filled half a can shut it off went to fill can again would not pump. motor runs but does not pump. I will never buy from here again. I am out $ 335 bucks.

Quit working completely after less than 50 gallons Will not come on. Will not pump and the one time it did work it was so slow it was not 16 gallon per minute.

Did not work from the first time. Tried to send it back they wood not even answer me. I would not recommend you to anybody. I will not ever order anything else from you.

Doesnt work with gas, got it replaced once already and stopped working after a week

We bought transfer pump. Fuel for the tractors is very important. The pump will not pump fuel. We trouble shooted the product. Tried the suggestion from vevor. I am still waiting for a replacement and or return label. It's been 4 days and counting... Very unhappy.

I had this pump for all of a week and used it only a couple times. The pump stopped priming. Then it stopped working completely. It has been over a month back and forth with customer service and they offer a $20 refund… or for me to take it and have it repaired and they’ll refund it.. who knows how long that would take with the lack of response I’ve had already. I highly recommend not purchasing this product unless you want to deal with constant headache.

Would not recommend the shaft broke off inside fuel tank and will not keep its prime if at all have a prime and have been trying to get a refund for almost a month to just have them keep putting wrong card number would not recommend buying from actual website if you every have a problem

Junk Never ran motor wouldn't run just gets hot been trying for weeks to get money back

So I purchased one of these Fuel pumps and found unit to be very load and drawing 37.5 amps,(Had to bypass inline fuse to test due it burning 30 amp fuse) I summitted video as requested for repair or replacement. Suggested repair was to shorten relief spring. Hooked up unit to power supply and it immediately shorted pump motor and caught fire along with fuel tank and burned truck up. Thank you Vevor and support staff

Was used to transfer gas into some power equipment, worked great for about 4 weeks then stopped working. Started return process with vevor and they replied that I should "clean the rust out of it and try it again". I wasn't expecting a pump that moves gas and is a month old to be rusted in place, but I took it apart anyways. Found the motor still spins when removed from the pump but the impeller is digging into the housing and can't spin freely. Send Vevor a pic and what I found now their suggestion is to "clean the blades and reassemble". So I'm not hopeful I'll ever get a return and am stuck in a loop of unhelpful advice.
