been trying to get covered and your on line process won’t let me it’s 8 months old now and i was forced to buy a new one because couldn’t get this covered under warranty. i would buy a lot more stuff through you if i new you backed your products up

20 Gpm Pump started leaking out the weep hole about a minute after pumping on the first use. The refund/return process has been taking weeks and still hasn’t been resolved. No number to call just a slow email response process. Overall the pump is disappointing and the quality is poor. Gpi and fillrite are twice the price but you get what you pay for. This was a disappointing experience.

I bought this product in October 2025. Used this twice and it worked great. Went to use again and the pump wont work at all. I would never buy this again. The return process with Vevor is a complicated and a joke!!!

I have bought 2 of these pumps.
The first a 20 gpm it lasted for 3 uses.
Bought 10gpm to replace the 20gpm and lasted one use.
Would like my money back for both of them.
Very disappointed

got the pump today installed it on my tank in my truck and wired it up turned it on and it sounds like its ready to blow up. i pumped about 30 gallons with it to see if the noises would go away but it didnt change. we will see if it last the week i have no faith that its gonna last long but as I say you get what you pay for cheap is never a good quality item

I have been emailing you folks about the 110 volt one not working properly and you text me back stating you want me to get electrician to check the switch and take it apart I'm not going to do if I do not receive a new 110 volt one I will never purchase anything from you guys again
