Vacuum is effective for light duty. Not for aggressive cleaning. Seems capable in simple clean-up tasks.
Green light on head unit to "see" where you are vacuuming is wrong-headed! Nothing like lighting up your carpet with green to see where you are going. I am going to rip it out it is so annoying. Fire some engineers for certain.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. The design feels poor, the plastic parts seem cheap, the suction power is weak, and the device is quite noisy. After just a few days of use, it started making an unpleasant whining sound. Overall, it feels more like a toy than a reliable household appliance. I think this product needs to be redesigned, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Dan Only lasted 4 months
Used this for one 5 minutes per day for 4 months and the battery is already bad. Customer service offered an exchange if I sent it back first. Another 4 months isn’t that attractive so I took a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Karmel Battery sucks
This vacuum works to clean our camper, but I wouldn't use it anywhere else. The battery dies in less than 30 minutes when you have it on high. When you use it on low it doesn't suck very well so you have to turn it all the way up if you have rugs or carpet to clean.
Overall its ok for a small space but that's it.

Bob No spare battery available.
Disappointingly, it has limited battery life. You cannot buy a spare battery, as is available for other brands of stick vacuums. Frequent returns to the charger are required. Very inconvenient. If I were to buy another, I'd look for one with an accessory battery available.

IM SO MAD. First I waited about 2 weeks for this to ship to only use it twice and when I went to charge it the BATTERY does not charge kept saying error
