Not my fave. Wasn't expecting HEPA filtration, but, after going through entire basement, I soon noticed an awful lot of dust settled everywhere. Felt like the appliance sucked in dirt, then reverse filtered it so the tiny stuff was returned to the basement. Ended up having to buy a HEPA vacuum and re-do the entire basement. Well, I redid some, but small stuff still in the air would settle on shelves I'd just passed over a second time. Thus had to buy an air purifier and running it ffor a week in different corners of the place and then re vacuuming the whole shebang again. Well, the appliance still sucks dirt, but I exclusively use it for outdoor tasks, such as cleaning out a car.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the VEVOR Shop Vacuum I recently purchased. While I was initially excited about the product, my experience has been unfortunately negative. The vacuum is significantly louder than I anticipated, and the suction power is considerably weaker than advertised. Furthermore, the included instructions were unclear and unhelpful, making the setup process more frustrating than it should have been. The lack of timely response from your chat support is also a major concern. Waiting hours, or even days, for assistance is unacceptable. I believe this issue needs to be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

After running it for so long it starts smell like it's burning

Not a good deal for the money. the price dropped on this item one week after purchasing. Similar items can be purchased locally for cheaper prices.

Sounds great but wouldn’t even vacuum the car well. I was so excited to get this for my husband Abe then his disappointment was heart breaking.

I was a little disappointed in this particular shop vac. Does not feel like a 6 HP & the rigid bend in the hose makes it difficult to clean. For $100 at a Big Box store, I bought an “Orange” shop vac which outperforms this unit hands down. I have loved all of my Vevor purchases, but this one was not my favorite

I bought this because I had purchased a couple of other things from this vendor thinking that I would have support. It is impossible to buy additional filter cartridges meaning that when the original one cannot be cleaned, I might as well throw the machine away. How hard can it be to engineer a commonly used size?

Vevor lied, says the vacuum is a 11 gallon when it only holds 5 gallons . Plus it stop working the first time I used it.

The product does work, but the attachments are awkward to use. It could be better designed. Be SURE it is what you want. RETURNS and or replacements are a NIGHTMARE. The customer service STINKS.
