The unit is very good. The instructions are not the easiest to understand. They don't make sense for the electrician part. I had to go on line to find other instructions for the wiring schematics.

I purchased this opener for my Mother's apartment door at assisted living so that she could remotely operate the door on her own. The basic installation was pretty straightforward. But all of the additional accessories for the operation are difficult to figure out. Instructions are confusing and incomplete. They do not clearly explain the wiring and some of the necessary wiring is not included. It's like all these nice accessories are just thrown into the box and you are left to figure it out on your own. Customer Service is only via email and takes days to get any helpful information. One of the biggest problems is that the manual operation has a lot of restriction from the opener when powered on and will not fully close the door after opened manually. Any technical help is limited at best. After more than a week of back and forth with customer service and technical support I have not been able to complete the installation and have it operating correctly. Technical support has now asked for a video of the issues but a video can not be attached to the messaging. I have many years in the building trades. I have invented and fabricated products so I have some experience with these things. It really should be a simple installation. But it is far from that. I do think it's a good product but the instructions are so poorly written and not translated well. There is far too much that is not clearly explained. So I have tried to add photos but for some reason the photo upload on comments doesn't work the same as on support. I also wanted to post a video but you would have to post the video to a website so you can copy the url to post it here. Again.. makes no sense.

We ordered 2 to start with need ti get 3 more but not surr if we are gonna buy this again price in just a coupke months has jumped almost 100 bucks per unit. The install directions are ok for the unit its self but once you get to the section on how to wire it then they directions just plain suck contacted support to see if they could help the first chat agent was able to do nothing but send me to a different team that only works through email which took me two more emails and 17 days 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽(way too long) to get what i needed, the wiring diagrams. something that should be included with the damn install directions. Was easy install from there. Also doesnt come with 2 things that it really needs to be safe and 2 not have issues when foor is locked. Should come with a safety sensor so it dont close on someone going through the door way and some type of switchor way to deactivate the exterior controls when the door is closed and locked. To prevent motor burn out of the unit or other damages to it or the doior its frame and wall especially when being used in a single use commercial bathroom!! When privacy is a must have.

The opener did not work properly. It kept going around and wouldn’t stop. The instructions for the wiring were vey poor. Two electricians and two installers could not figure out how to properly wire the accessories. I went and bought a $2000.00 commercial opener. It was installed and working in half hour ! I am still waiting for my return label for refund from Vevor.

Do not buy this product I’ve tried two separate units both failed within weeks. Started opening in their one and after reset would work for a day r for malfunctioning again. Called for support and no help was given. I ordered the second unit because it is a doctors office and needed it fixed immediately only to have same issue. Pay for a better quality opener from another company. Any positive review on here is fake. Don’t waste your money or time on this. Purchasing this item cost me $5000 in extra time and ultimately replacing with another brand.

I order two ADA door openers one of them worked perfect and the other did not. I have sent a video to customer service showing that one of the door openers are not working properly and and they do not want to replace the bad one.

The unit looks to be very useful, however there are 2 sensors included in the kit, with no explanation of where they should be locate and how they should be attached. I've been trying to get answers to these 2 questions for 3 weeks now and so far no luck. Their customer service folks seem to be unable to understand the questions, since their attempt at answering the how they should be attached only showed how to attach one of the 2. Still not even an attempt at explaining where they should be located.
