The product is very good. Well built and has many needed features. Unfortunately, the features require the ability to correctly wire the various sensors, push buttons, key pad etc. and there are no decent wiring instructions. on line an exhaustive search revealed a competitor's posting that provided some help but it took hours of trial and error to get it right.

I'm not a technical person and did get help to install the door opener but the instructions could have been clearer. There are a few gaps in the guide that you have to fill in with experience.

unit works very fine with no issues. but the wiring instructions are not very good about setting it up with the codes as well as the cards.

Is it possible to return the automatic door. I am having a hard time to figure out how to install it. I Just open the box and never even started anything on it. The ice machine and security barb wire are great. Please let me know for options of returning the automatic door. Thank you. Ok mar 8178811104

This product did not meet Canadian standards and therefore could not be used. When I tried to exercise my right to a worry free return, I kept getting the runaround. Only through persistence did I finally get a refund. At first, there was no offer for a refund. After several denials, a 25% offer of the original cost was offered. After several more exchanges another offer was made around 50% of the price I paid. Only after I was forced to state I would be seeking compensation through my credit card company did I receive a full refund. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT THROUGH VEVOR. PERIOD

The unit is very good. The instructions are not the easiest to understand. They don't make sense for the electrician part. I had to go on line to find other instructions for the wiring schematics.

I purchased this opener for my Mother's apartment door at assisted living so that she could remotely operate the door on her own. The basic installation was pretty straightforward. But all of the additional accessories for the operation are difficult to figure out. Instructions are confusing and incomplete. They do not clearly explain the wiring and some of the necessary wiring is not included. It's like all these nice accessories are just thrown into the box and you are left to figure it out on your own. Customer Service is only via email and takes days to get any helpful information. One of the biggest problems is that the manual operation has a lot of restriction from the opener when powered on and will not fully close the door after opened manually. Any technical help is limited at best. After more than a week of back and forth with customer service and technical support I have not been able to complete the installation and have it operating correctly. Technical support has now asked for a video of the issues but a video can not be attached to the messaging. I have many years in the building trades. I have invented and fabricated products so I have some experience with these things. It really should be a simple installation. But it is far from that. I do think it's a good product but the instructions are so poorly written and not translated well. There is far too much that is not clearly explained. So I have tried to add photos but for some reason the photo upload on comments doesn't work the same as on support. I also wanted to post a video but you would have to post the video to a website so you can copy the url to post it here. Again.. makes no sense.
