This tenderizer was perfect to add to our home processing equipment. My only complaint is that the top where you drop the meat in and the legs are plastic and I assumed it would be something heavier made. But it is a hard plastic and does make the whole thing a little lighter to move around. That did not affect my rating as we would still purchase this again and recommend it to anyone who likes to process their own meats at home.

This thing right here… shew! Once I figured out how to place the combs, man it will tenderize the meat in three or 4 rounds. Makes it so much easier. Keep your meat cut less than an inch and you will be pleased. Highly recommend!

I bought this tenderizer specifically for processing venison loins. It makes all the difference and the family loves fried backstrap night! It’s heavy duty and well priced. Only downside is storing this until, but that’s subjective. This is a must have for me though. Love it!
