Not too bad of a unit. I tried contacting them to order a shovel bit but apparently you cannot buy them with out purchasing another jack hammer. So you cannot buy replacement bits for these. The one I bought didn’t come with the shovel bit so I am sol on it

William Morris Jackhammer review
I was really impressed when I first unboxed it but after using for the first time it immediately started leaking all the oil out. It's leaking from the inside where you insert the bit. I've put in a claim to have the Jackhammer replaced. I will follow up with an updated review after the issue is resolved.

This thing gets the job done. My only complaint is that I am unsure of how long it will last. I am pretty easy on it and it get pretty hot after sustained use. I have to give it breaks so that it doesn't kill the life of the drive motor. I am not sure if it is just my unit or what, but I doubt this is normal.

Machine has some design flaws could have been a little taller and side handle could have been up farther and the locking pin that holds the bits in lets bits start to fall out after first couple uses

Leaked oil from day one. Sent multiple pictures to the service department. Was sent an o-ring that I had no idea where to install. Ask for a parts manual, no response. Finally gave up and will keep topping up the fluid.
