William Hicks What a time saver!!
Had a building to tear down , post frame it was on rented property and had to remove. Didn't have the means to pull post from ground with the concrete in the ground. Had to dig around each one and break concrete loose. This demo hammer worked great . It came packed in a hard plastic case with wheels on one end to make it easy to pull along. Also came with safety gloves , eye glasses . It had a point an chisele , lube just add oil to it and lube the tool end plug it in and your ready to go . seems to be built good and did the job it was met for.

Bought this to remove some fence post that broke off at the cement ground level. It made the job possible, without this tool I would of never been able to accomplish. The affordability and quality of the tool would come highly recommended from me.

Separately bought a rod driver bit to sink an 8ft x 5/8" grounding rod into the ground. What a beast! I could visibly see the rod sinking into the ground. This hammer has a lot of power. It looks quite robust and good quality. I have some rocks to break up and I'm sure it will be up to the job.

Had to break up some lanscape boulders and concrete slabs in the yard. This was more than capable to handle the job. Next job will be the driveway. I am confident this will be adequate. This is heafty and feels well built.
