Works good but don’t expect them to let you return any of their products. They will just tell you to calibrate it or something of the sort and keep pulling you along for weeks.

This thing is complete junk…. 1st one I got didn’t even work they sent out a new one and I finally used it this weekend.It beats the crap out of you,bucks all over the place,If you try and apply any pressure it will just buck back at you,Leaks oil everywhere and gets super hot.My 32 pound jackhammer whips this things but

De très mauvaise manufacture, fuite d'huile au niveau du carter. A l'ouverture de la boîte, de l'huile répandu partout à l'intérieur. Suite à ma demande, un second produit m'est envoyé, la même en pire, fuite d'huile même au niveau de l'insertion du burin. Il y avait même de l'huile sur le carton de transport. A ne surtout pas acheter.

When it came, it looked like it could be a good tool. However I didn't anticipate it'd be a great tool. But I did expect it to last longer than 2 days before the motor burned out. Shoulda known better read the reviews from other people. Not even going to try to get my money back. Won't make that mistake again.

this product is extremely dangerous. do not buy this. has serious design flaw. force of hammer impact directs back toward operator, not concrete. add to that, bit lock instantly vibrates to unlock position at first impact. this jack hammer could cause a very bad injury to operator.

The hammer arrived cracked on the plastic part. VEVOR never cared. I informed them, but they didn’t pay any attention. It’s an average-quality hammer—average to low, actually. And it didn’t work well. It’s nothing special. The only thing it has going for it is the price-to-quality ratio, which is just mediocre. If I had to buy again, I definitely wouldn’t.

Ich habe vor rund einem Monat einen Abbruchhammer bei der Firma Vevor bestellt. Trotz mehrfacher Wartezeit und drei Wochen Geduld ist bis heute keine Lieferung angekommen. Sehr schlechte Leistung und absolut unzuverlässig. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Didn't work from beginning, save your money, they want me to open it up and diagnose it myself. Just go buy a Bosch, save your money

I might have gotten a dud. I am not sure if it is really built as a 110v unit since the instructions show it as being a 220v version for the EU. The BPM was super pathetic and really lacking. I could not get thru any type of concrete unless it was ultra thin or already fractured. I reached out to Vevor to return it and the really do not want these units back. So they gave me a $150 credit. I figured I would use it on the smaller job I had and is is what it is. That is when I realized no something still isn't right so I reached out again in search of either how to fix it or see if I could get it warrantied or serviced. They came back and gave me a $94 credit because the have zero infrastructure to handle anything other than giving you money back. So in the end I am still out some $ with a product that just doesn't work. I might have to use it as a boat anchor. I will be cautious with the electrical items I buy from them going forward.
