Bought this tool to break up a piece of concrete in our backyard. The concrete was a ramp going into a shed. About 18” tall and 36” wide. The breaker was doing great breaking it up as I had to go at it a few different times due to its size. Unfortunately the tool motor burnt up before I was able to finish. I sent it back in and am waiting for a replacement. Hoping it was just something with the one I got. I mentioned to my wife it had a slight burnt smell when I opened the original box. Didn’t think much of it as it still worked.. but after only about 3 total hours of use it failed. Hope the new one is better.

Bought it for shovel attachment to break difficult ground.

Received unit with no fluid, no problem as it takes the same hydraulic fluid as my mini excavator so I added some before use. The manual claims it should last 20 hours or so, It leaks a ton and drips down the chuck, I don't think the fluid will even last one hour of use.

Hi I didn't know how to get to you but u jack Hammer didn't work I use it for 2 hours then it was dead no power in to it. How can I return and give me a credit or send me another one please my tel number is 6023665335.i appreciate a fast response please.thank u very much.

Came damaged. Will not attempt to turn it on. Send new one ASAP or refund please. Will correct review after I actually have a chance to use .

Just purchased last week to open up an old patio and pour new footings. The casted body snapped in half within the first hour of use. Was my first time giving this company a chance. I thought it would hold out at least for a couple months. Shoddy castings could have severely injured me if I hadn't been wearing safety gear and gotten lucky.
