The kids were happy to use it for the first hour we got it and had the batteries charged. Then the next day, it rained while the boats were not in the pool and the interior cavity where the battery sits, got some moisture. Oddly enough, it turns on and lights up, but the remote control won't sync to the boat's channel/frequency anymore, and now both remotes control one boat... I think the price could be lower for this due to my experience, otherwise I'd ask to return them for a full refund since it didn't last a week.

Unfortunately, despite having decent reviews, these boats were underwhelming. I got the two pack, one is definitely faster than the other, but neither of them can get up on step in calm water. On high speed they just kind of plow through the water, fun for little kids, not for dads. The self righting feature is nice and works, the boats and controller bind easily, range is ok. I wanted to love them.

Very very very slow

Cheap Chinese junk, slow, waste of money

Purchased this item that does not work right out of the box. Followed the instructions exactly as written and now for a 36 dollar item I'm getting the run around from Vevor. Very disappointing to say the least and will not purchase from this company again.
