I ordered this item specifically to drill a welding table top for precision fixture points. The drill was packaged well and arrived with everything you see in the picture. The shipping only took a few days and tracking was provided. I assembled the item using common sense because the manual was not formatted in a manner that could be read. There were English words but it was not possible to read. I proceeded to drill a over hundred holes in 1/4 in plate steel with no issue. The drill has plenty of power and internal cooling fan kept the drill nice and cool. There was no discernable runout of the chuck and quality of the holes was amazing. Now that I have this drill I can envision many more uses for it where I want drill press quality but need a portable drill. This drill will go anywhere a steel plate can be clamped. Overall this item is 5 stars by delivering a capable tool at 20% the cost of a comparable "pro level" tools. This is well suited for DIY mechanics, metal hobby shops, and professional homeowners.

I bought this to drill 5 holes in a large length of RHS, as it was far easier than trying to set it up on my drill press. As it turned out, of the 11 core drills that came with it it, the smallest core drill was the right size, the internal pilot ensured the hole ended exactly where it was meant to be. The sliding mechanism was appropriately tight and devoid of free play & the magnet seemed to hold the drill firmly. The drill bit I used punched straight through the steel without wandering, so overall I'm very happy with the purchase

The mag drill itself is amazing for the price and I've used it on quite a few jobs now. The only downfall ive had with mine is the 15mm cutter that came with it exploded on the very first cut as soon as it touched the metal....the rest seem fine....overall very happy would definitely buy again in a heartbeat

This drill is built like a tank. I used it to drill through 1/4 inch mild steel. I built this custom stand so I can use it for drilling small pieces.

Tolle Maschine, super verarbeitet, wertet meinen Schweißtisch zum Bohrtisch total auf, toller Gleichlauf und super exakte Führung, habe jetzt ca. 200 Löcher gebohrt, das Ganze bis 34mm. Maschine hat richtig Power und mit der Drehzahlregelug und Rechts-Links-Lauf bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Für den anspruchsvollen Bastler eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
