It works good. I had to make a base for it cause it was too heavy. I use it to drill on flat surfaces. We have used it 3 times. It paid for itself after the first use compared to rental costs. I did have to make a new water feed system cause the hose that came with it was crap. I spent $15 at HD to buy more robust hose and connectors.
Worked like a charm and saved me thousands on getting a contractor. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it arrived damaged. The water valve was broken in the package. Otherwise great transaction.
