I guess I shouldn't have expected much for the price, hydraulics exploded on first use, luckily it came with a rebuild kit, 50 ish crimps in, I have yet to see a nice crimp

Product quality is fine for use in a "non-production shop", I don't think it's for everyday/all day, use.
The main issue I had was shipping!! It had to be the worst I've ever experienced in my 40+ years in business! They use some "off the wall" delivery co. I've never heard of.
Vevor has zero support for shipping issues, or any issues for that matter. No phone, no live people, and every e-mail takes at least 48 hours for a response. So after almost 1 month, and countless e-mails my product arrived?
Never will I order anything from Vevor........

Unhappy Broke first use, Vevor refused to replace or service

The dies are not very tough, which is essential for this tool. One of the dies broke first use. I requested a return, and it was denied. Requested a replacement die which they said they would send, but they never did. Now stuck with useless junk and no follow up service. You have to be careful purchasing tools from a company that doesn't stand behind them. I won't buy tools from Vevor again. It's a bummer I liked their prices, but if they sell junk and wnat

Poorly constructed. Arrived with flimsy snap ring and springs off. I reinstalled them (I am a mechanic so it's not my first rodeo lol.) And they popped off whenever force was applied. I changed the snap rings to a better quality snap ring and they worked....sorta..crimp was weak and just not a reliable tool.
