Menefreghismo totale da questa azienda quando serve fare un reso. Ho acquistato dei prodotti buoni ma le volte che mi sono andate male l'azienda se ne sbatte. Sono settimane che provo a restituire una pompa per benzina che non entra nel mio serbatoio. Dalle foto mi sembrava perfetta invece non lo era. Soldi buttati e non pochi. Contatto la vevor e quando ottengo una risposta é sempre un'altra domanda. Non consiglio questa azienda a nessuno mi tengo la mia pompa inutile e ormai ne ho già acquistato un'altra spendendo 10 % del valore che ho pagato vevor e funziona da Dio ma da vevor non acquisto più nulla, non per la qualità dei prodotti ma per la politica di reso e approccio col cliente. Se un'azienda seria dice che il cliente ha sempre ragione la vevor fa il contrario.

Dopo diverse mail per richiedere una soluzione per il nuovo riscaldatore Vevor 8kw che non funziona mi sono pervenute risposte non risolutive e vaghe nel mentre è scaduto il tempo per il rimborso .INAFFIDABILI!

My diesel heater came with parts missing to connect the fuel tank up, customer service are useless and i have to send endless videos to undergo "technical diagnosis" There shouldn't be anything technical just send the parts and stop messing me about so i can set the heater up!!!

I ordered a second heater for my tiny home after fully seating up the machine it won’t power on I contacted customer support and have been getting the run around on a replacement heater

It was installed in an annex room. From here we had an outside connection for the exhaust pipe. From this annex we made an entrance to the main room for the hot air. CO2 increased above 1500 ppm.

Pessimo prodotto. Rumorosissimo fuma. Assolutamente da sconsigliare. Impossibile contattare servizio assistenza che quando risponde (tramite mail) risponde con risposte a caso. Di fatto sono 10 giorni che cerco di avere il reso ma sbatto contro un muro di gomma. Delusissimo.

Five hours trying every troubleshooting advice in existence, a run to the store for diesel and fuel, a 12v adapter, and this poorly made "heater" does not work.

So I bought one of these on 26th October and it arrived a couple of days later. Got all set up as per the instruction and... Nothing. E8 error, combustion failure. I had a look under the cover and it was apparent the fuel pump was faulty and barely providing any fuel to the burner. I recorded a video and sent it to Vevor, who replied with an instructional video of how to prime the fuel line and do a dry burn, which they recommended I do 5 or so times. I did this and to absolutely no surprise the fuel pump couldn't prime the line and I now also had E10 errors. Magical. Back on to Vevor support (who are in China so you only get 1 reply per day...) who offered to send out a replacement fuel pump to arrive in 10-15 days. It was quite mild at the time so I thought go for it, I'll survive. A week later winter hit the UK and I couldn't wait any longer - I let Vevor know I would like to return the COMPLETELY USELESS heater. Overnight reply came back, ”very sorry no problem we'll send you a return label. Or would you like £25 refunded and you can keep the heater?" No. Please send a return label Next day's reply,"how about £50 and you keep the heater" No. Please send a return label. Now 5 days after requesting a return, "we have 2 options for you, we can send a replacement heater or we can refund you £50". No. Please send a return label or I will initiate a charge back for the heater as it does not work. Next day, a refund was processed. And I have to dispose of a faulty heater. Avoid.
