The heater arrived today and was well packaged. However, when we opened the box, we realized that the setup was more complicated than we expected, with several separate parts and connections. We wanted something simple and portable that we could easily bring and set up for camping. Since we did not use or test this heater, we cannot comment on its performance. My husband decided to return it and purchase an upgraded all-in-one portable model instead. This may be a good heater for someone comfortable with installing and assembling the different parts, but it was not the right option for our camping needs.

Garbage company, worst customer service experience ever. List my package and took weeks to resolve anything. Had to cancel my trip because they couldn't do their job.

The product seems ok when I can finally get it to go. However help from Vevor very bad. When asking for trouble shooting help on two seperate occasions they send a link to a suspicious web site and my mail app warns me not to open the link. So I have had to revert to a Facebook user site in the hope someone can help me.

Decent concept, let down by build quality and support I bought this diesel heater expecting a solid budget option, and the core performance was actually fine when it worked. But the build quality doesn't hold up to real-world use - after disconnecting and reconnecting it, the unit stopped powering on entirely. For a heater that's meant to be portable, that's a significant flaw if simply moving or reconnecting it can cause it to fail. What really let this down was the customer service. When I reached out to customer service, the process was slow and unhelpful - no clear troubleshooting, no urgency, and no real accountability. I asked for a refund or replacement and got nowhere fast, which shouldn't be the case for a fault this straightforward. Pros: Heats well when functioning, compact design Cons: Fragile wiring/connections, unreliable after reconnection, poor customer service response I'd buy again, but I'd go in with expectations set that if something goes wrong, I'll have to sort it out myself rather than rely on any real support.

Was excited to see how this heater would work and impressed with the heating it provides but were totally let down with the loud ticking noise coming from the fuel pump . It’s so loud that we won’t be able to use it as our camping heater as it annoys everyone. 😕

I had a 5 kw first in my boat but it was too powerful so it was only used at level 1. That's why I bought another 2 kw to be able to utilize it better, But the bearing and fan noise is too high on the 2 kw diesel heater so I will replace it with the 5 kw diesel heater again to reduce the noise. So my experience is that the 2kw diesel heater is useless due to unpleasantly high noise.

Brought two, both had assembly problems, easy enough to fix as I'm a mechanic, but if not mechanically minded, would have been a throw away. Little things internally, does not appear to have quality control as someone is not doing their job. Will only buy 5kw units from now on, have had zero trouble with the 9 I've purchased.

Due to poor manufacturing it leaked fuel, and still does on startup, but not to the same extent as it first did after we made an alteration/repair ourselves. Initially it took many attempts to get it to keep running. We found the fuel pipe had been folded because it had been crammed into a space that was too small. The manual on/off button gets stuck and will not work sometimes, but the fob works OK. The instructions that come with it are useless. It did not compare favourably in price or quality with another make we had bought previously. Would not buy a Vevor one again.
