I used it for the first time today. PROS: * It was very easy to setup IF you don't use the included manual. Head to Youtube for instructions. *It worked. *Appears to be high quality. *Very quiet pump. CONS: *There were no instructions for adding the oil, assembling the pressure gauge, or snipping the plug on top of the gauge. *Oil container did not have enough oil to fill the pump. When I asked about it, I was told to go buy some #46 pump oil. I knew there wouldn't be enough after viewing several YouTube videos. I used it to degauss the epoxy resin before pouring it. It worked perfectly. There were no bubbles in the pour. I vacuumed three times, each time torching off the bubbles. On the third time, I added color, torched off the bubbles, and poured into the mold. I would give the manual and assembly instructions a ONE STAR, but that is not totally fair for the overall rating, because it does appear to be high quality and works well with little effort. I would recommend the chamber, just not the documentation.

Purchased it for degassing silicone and does exactly what is should do. Nice complete kit with everything included. Great value for money!

We used it a few times a week and it is working great every time no problem. Easy to set up and use.

Works great! Just add the oil to the red oil port to the right level, hook up the compression fittings, attach the pre-assembled valves and cut the tiny little nipple off the gauge, and it's ready to go. It easily gets it up to a -27 inHg vacuum in less than 60 second or faster, and can measure up to -30 inHg, but higher than -27 is a lot of waiting. The seal works really well and was stable for 6+ hours of vacuum when I tested it... Let it sit for a whole daytime to check. Wonderful unit for the price.

My wife and I are just starting out as Epoxy resin makers. We have been looking for a degassing chamber for some time. This setup is exactly what we were looking for. It's a great price and does exactly what we wanted.

All is good so far. The set passed trial ok. We hope it will continue working fine. Looking forward for new challenges.

Günstiger geht kaum, funktioniert alles auch Monate später noch einwandfrei! Lediglich neues Öl musste ich besorgen, ist aber auch einfach Verbrauchsmaterial.
