Did not come with 3 items like roof poles. Door poles, or cross bar. Customer service sucks amd told me to either ship it back for a new one or would gove me 28 bucks refund when i spend over 100. The thing is useless withiut at least the roof poles. Over a month now and cannot get them. Item is junk

LOW QUALITY !!1 FALLS APART WHEN YOU TRY TO PUMP/ WILL NOT EVEN ATTACH TO A STEEL BARREL.

Poor seal around down tube allows the gas barrel to vent freely to atmosphere. . Hard to get suction started when new. Managed to transfer about 30 gallons of gas with it before it quit getting a prime. Suspect it is not getting a good seal in the hand pump. Flimsy plastic riser tube wobbles while cranking. I'm lnow looking for a replacement, should have skipped the cheap one.

Failed after pumping half of a 55-gallon drum. Yes I yes I need to put the new rubber gasket on the shaft. Hate to repair new equipment after first use

Only worked for one day

This is a piece of crap. Did not fit into the opening of a plastic 55 gal drum. Extension tube was not long enough to reach bottom of drum. Quit working after second use. Will not extract any fluid at this point.
