con que producto no abrasivo se limpia la plancha. Aceite sí para conservar pero que procedimiento se utiliza para limpiar. En el manula no especifica nada mas que no limpiar en caliente y no utilizar productos abrasivos. Entonces como y con qué limpiar ??
Mantenimiento: si no se va a utilizar durante un breve periodo tras su uso, raspa bien los restos de comida → limpia la plancha con un paño húmedo → sécala a fuego lento → aplica una fina capa de aceite comestible.
Si no se va a utilizar durante un periodo prolongado: aplica una capa gruesa de aceite y cúbrela con film transparente o papel de aceite para aislarla de la humedad.

Como devo limpar a Plancha e no caso de ganhar alguma ferrugem como deve ser retirada?
Um raio de um metro equivale a menos de 60 pontos.
Após a limpeza, aplique uma camada muito fina de óleo de cozinha para evitar a oxidação.
Se aparecer ferrugem, utilize uma pedra para grelhados ou uma pedra-pomes com um pouco de óleo de cozinha e esfregue até a ferrugem desaparecer; em seguida, limpe bem e volte a temperar a superfície.
