Q2: Why does the water get warm even when the heating function is off?

A2: During operation, ultrasonic energy transfers to the liquid, causing natural warming. This is normal and nothing to worry about.

Q3: The noise seems loud. What should I do? 

A3: The high-frequency vibration sound during cleaning is normal. Using the cleaning basket with the lid on and placing the unit on the floor or a heavy workbench can help reduce noise. Staying a short distance away can also improve your experience.

Q4: What cleaning solution should I use? Can I use detergents? 

A4: Warm water with a mild neutral cleaning solution is recommended to remove grease, dust, and other contaminants. Avoid strong acids, alkalis, or flammable liquids. Start with warm water and gradually increase the temperature to the desired range.

Q5: Why is the marked capacity different from the actual water level?

A5: The indicated capacity is for reference only, to help distinguish model sizes. For actual use, fill water according to the inner tank's water level line to ensure optimal ultrasonic performance and secure operation.
