Our hydraulic tipping device was developed for dump trucks and trailers with a length of 3048 to 4267 mm and is ideally suited as a replacement for the hydraulic lifting devices of large scissor tippers. It can lift up to 8 t including load and loading platform.
This hydraulic tipper is equipped with a double-acting hydraulic pump, enabling motor-controlled lifting and lowering. Powered by a high-performance 12V DC motor, it offers quick start-up and rapid oil delivery.
It must also be folded up during maintenance, assembly and service work to prevent unintentional falling, which could lead to serious injuries, and to ensure operational safety.
