The temperature can be easily adjusted from 60 to 200 °C. The commercial fryer switches off automatically if the temperature exceeds 230 °C or if there is a malfunction of the temperature control. It is also equipped with a timer to remind you.
The stainless steel housing makes cleaning after use easier. The welded oil reservoirs are connected to the drain valve at the front to ensure convenient oil drainage.
A suitable cover reduces oil splashes. A front hook makes emptying the basket easier.
