Hola. Esta vitrina es de calor seco? Sirve para mantener crujientes los alimentos fritos?
Si se requiere calor seco, el pequeño recipiente de agua en la parte inferior se puede dejar vacío (pero el fondo del recipiente de agua cambiará de color cuando esté seco, lo cual es normal). También puedes sacar directamente el recipiente de agua y buscar una placa plana de acero inoxidable para cubrir el espacio en el recipiente de agua para evitar que caigan residuos de comida en él.
