Quiero usar el equipo para conectar a un biorreactor/fermentador. El tanque del fermentador es de 10L y tiene una camisa externa por donde pasará el agua y así enfriar el tanque. Este tanque puede estar a 100-120ºC y se necesita que baje la temperatura a 25ºC en unos 45 minutos. ¿Con este chiller es posible?

¿Qué tiempo tarda aproximadamente en enfriar agua a 100ºC a 25ºC?
Si utiliza el aparato para controlar la temperatura dentro de un depósito y la temperatura del agua en el aparato es superior a 40 grados, no se puede activar la función de refrigeración del aparato estándar; la refrigeración solo se puede realizar cuando la temperatura del agua es inferior a 40 grados.
