- Standard OBD-III compliant: This high-performance converter meets OBD-III standards and ensures that exhaust emissions comply with Federal Emission Standards. However, it is not legal for use in California as it is NOT CARB compliant. With this high-quality converter, you won't have to worry about MIL code issues while driving.
