This professional electric fryer features a powerful heating element that quickly heats the oil to the desired temperature, ensuring fast and thorough frying.
The temperature can be easily adjusted from 80 to 200 °C. The fryer switches off automatically if the temperature exceeds 230 °C or if the temperature control is defective. It is also equipped with a timer to remind you.
The stainless steel housing makes cleaning after use easier. The welded oil reservoirs are connected to the drain valve at the front to ensure convenient oil drainage.
